All Lily’s Little Oven cookies are generously sized at a minimum of 100 grams each and crafted with care using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Every batch is baked the day before pickup to ensure optimal freshness, texture, and flavor.

All orders are made to-order and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 24 hours after pickup and we will be happy to make it right.

All orders must be placed by 12:30 PM on the Thursday prior to your Saturday pickup day. Any orders placed outside of this deadline cannot be fulfilled.
